「深い眠りの周波数 運用ツール」（以下「本ツール」）は、YouTube チャンネル「深い眠りの周波数」の運営者が、自分のチャンネルの管理のためだけに使う非公開の道具です。一般の方への提供はしていません。このページは、本ツールが Google アカウントの許可を使って何を読み、何を書き、得た情報をどう扱うかを説明します。

【本ツールが使う許可と、その使いみち】
本ツールは YouTube API サービスを使います。許可を求める範囲と使いみちは次のとおりです。
1. YouTube アカウントの管理（https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube）
運営者自身のチャンネルの動画の題・説明・タグ・サムネイル・AI 利用の申告、再生リスト、チャンネルの説明を、運営者の指示と決まりに沿って更新するために使います。
2. YouTube アカウントの管理（https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl）
運営者自身のチャンネルが書いたコメントの文を直すためだけに使います。ほかの人のコメントの削除や非表示には使いません。
3. YouTube アカウントの表示（https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly）
運営者自身のチャンネルと動画の情報（題、公開の状態、再生回数など）を読むために使います。
4. YouTube Analytics の表示（https://www.googleapis.com/auth/yt-analytics.readonly）
運営者自身のチャンネルの分析の数字（再生回数、視聴時間、視聴者がどこから来たか、登録者の増減など）を読むために使います。YouTube Reporting API のレポートの受け取りにも使います。
【集める情報】
・運営者自身のチャンネルと動画の情報、分析の数字とレポート
・許可の情報（更新用のトークン）
分析の数字は YouTube がまとめた統計で、視聴者一人ひとりを特定する情報は含みません。本ツールは、運営者以外の方の Google アカウントの情報を集めません。
【保存する場所】
得た情報と許可の情報は、運営者のコンピューターの中だけに保存します。本ツール用のサーバーやクラウドの保存場所はありません。
【第三者への提供】
得た情報を第三者に売ったり、渡したり、広告に使ったりしません。運営者が自分の作業（数字のまとめや文の下書き）のために使う AI の道具で処理することがありますが、運営者のチャンネルの運営以外の目的には使いません。
【保存の期間と削除】
チャンネルの運営に必要な間だけ保存します。許可を取り消した場合や、運営者がチャンネルの運営をやめた場合は、保存した情報を削除します。
【許可の取り消し】
許可は、Google アカウントの「サードパーティのアプリとサービス」（https://myaccount.google.com/connections）からいつでも取り消せます。

ABOUT THIS PAGE
The "Channel Operations Tool" (the "Tool") is a private tool used only by the operator of the YouTube channel 「深い眠りの周波数」 to manage that channel. It is not offered to the public. This page explains what the Tool reads and writes with Google account permissions and how the information is handled.
OPERATOR
The operator of the YouTube channel 「深い眠りの周波数」
Contact: the support email address shown on the Google consent screen (the Tool is used only by the operator, so there is no public help desk)
PERMISSIONS AND HOW THEY ARE USED
The Tool uses YouTube API Services. It requests the following scopes:
1. Manage your YouTube account (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube)
To update the titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails and AI-use disclosure of the operator's own videos, the operator's playlists, and the channel description, following the operator's instructions and rules.
2. Manage your YouTube account (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl)
Only to edit the text of comments posted by the operator's own channel. It is never used to delete or hide other people's comments.
3. View your YouTube account (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly)
To read information about the operator's own channel and videos (titles, privacy status, view counts and similar).
4. View YouTube Analytics reports (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/yt-analytics.readonly)
To read analytics for the operator's own channel (views, watch time, traffic sources, subscriber changes and similar), including YouTube Reporting API reports.
INFORMATION COLLECTED
- Information about the operator's own channel and videos, analytics figures and reports
- Authorization information (a refresh token)
Analytics figures are aggregate statistics provided by YouTube and do not identify individual viewers. The Tool does not collect Google account information of anyone other than the operator.
WHERE IT IS STORED
All information and the authorization token are stored only on the operator's own computer. The Tool has no server or cloud storage of its own.
SHARING
The information is never sold, given to third parties or used for advertising. The operator may process it with AI tools that the operator uses for their own work (summarizing figures, drafting text), and only for running the operator's channel.
RETENTION AND DELETION
Information is kept only as long as it is needed to run the channel. If the permission is revoked, or if the operator stops running the channel, the stored information is deleted.
REVOKING ACCESS
You can revoke the permission at any time from "Third-party apps & services" in your Google Account (https://myaccount.google.com/connections).
YOUTUBE AND GOOGLE TERMS
The Tool uses YouTube API Services. Please also see the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

If this policy changes, this page will be updated and the revision date will be added below the effective date.
